ErrandBoy was born from the real-world experience of our founder, Chet Wassenberg, while working as a delivery driver for platforms like Uber Eats. He saw firsthand how the system often delays orders—restaurants may have food ready, yet drivers aren’t dispatched for up to 20 minutes while algorithms attempt to match the “perfect” driver going in the “perfect” direction, often at the lowest possible payout.
